They believe in championing small, local producers and helping to make their produce available to everyone at a fair price. Sourcing responsibly and respecting the seasons. "We're independent and we like working with independent producers". Their team is knowledgeable and passionate about what they do making fantastic food available in a convenient and affordable way.
At St Pancras they take all the great attributes of farmers’ markets into the beating heart of the city. Located in the middle of St Pancras International, they are the UK’s first produce market to be located in a train station making locally sourced, seasonal produce available daily to London’s busy commuters and Eurostar travellers.
Standing out of the organised chaos of St Pancras International in London, Sourced Market is a oasis for travelers, the perfect place to start or end your journey in the heart of London. It is ideal for commuters, local office workers and those who just want to experience the upmarket located in the stations food court. Full of gourmet products made by small artisan producers: wines, sausages, mushrooms, legumes, cheeses, honey, oils, pate, sweets, handicrafts, all delicacies.
They make produce such as Neal’s Yard Dairy cheese, Ginger Pig hams and Secrett’s Farm fruit and veg as readily available as your morning coffee. In fact you can upgrade your morning coffee to one from their Monmouth Coffee Company trained baristas and have it with a Flour Power croissant for breakfast. For lunch, you can come by for a bottle of Kentish ale and a ploughman’s and for dinner take home a great organic steak and a bottle of wine to remember.
